What does a Reiki session feel like?
Most people feel incredibly relaxed, similar to a deep meditation. Occasionally, you may experience moments of tingling, warmth or cooling as the practitioner flows through the session. Let your practitioner know if anything feels too intense at any time.
What do I need to do for a Reiki session?
Plan for your self-care. It is best if you can be in a relaxed position either seated or lying down with minimal distractions (sometimes this even looks like being in your car over a lunch break). If you end up falling asleep during a session this is perfectly fine. :)
